Leveraging Innovation in L&D: Refresh and Reenergize Your Training Programs

    Dr. Travis Kahle

President, ATD Appalachia | Experienced High Education Professional in Innovation, Leadership, and Career Services.

When most people think of innovation, they don't think about training and development. They think about new technology like smartphones or AI. The same principles used by Apple to create new iPhones can be used by L&D professionals to create new and improved training programs. Innovation is a process, and in this webinar, you will learn how to leverage the science of innovation to achieve your organizational training goals.
