The A(S)TD WV Federal Trainers of the Eastern Panhandle Special Interest Group is pleased to bring you its second event.
The A(S)TD WV Federal Trainers of the Eastern Panhandle Special Interest Group is hosting A(S)TD’s 2014 Government Workforce Learning Innovations Virtual Conference on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, 8:00AM-5:00PM in the Lower Classroom of the National Park Service, Stephen T. Mather Training Center, 51 Mather Place, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425 (directions/maps at http://www.nps.gov/training/stma/location.htm).
The Government Workforce: Learning Innovations Conference provides the best practices, tools, and solutions to the government’s most difficult learning challenges. The Virtual Conference option provides a great opportunity for you to develop professionally and gain new ideas about how to create a strategic plan for learning, prove learning value, and successfully onboard new agency members.
This is a valuable professional development experience for those unable to travel in person to the conference since all keynotes and eight conference sessions will be streamed live from the conference. In addition to chatting live with panelists and moderators during each session, you will dialogue with fellow attendees and government subject matter experts on your most pressing questions about training your government workforce.
Registration and payment is required through EventBrite. EventBrite also provides additional details including the agenda and speakers.
A(S)TD WV Chapter members receive a reduced registration fee of $12 per person. The non-A(S)TD WV Chapter member registration fee is $18 per person.
Lunch is on your own. While we are not providing/including lunch at this event, the NPS Mather Training Center takes orders for a local eatery to be delivered to the site. You may also bring your own lunch or head off-site for lunch during the break.
