The topic of Charles Town's February Lunch 'n' Learn is Industry Knowledge.

For the February 21st meeting, Helene Wiswall, an OD Consultant with ModernThink, will facilitate a discussion among attendees that explores the Foundational Competency of Industry Knowledge. To that end, the following questions will be used to generate discussion, so please think about them ahead of time.

* What are your favorite sources for professional knowledge (blogs, websites, publications, meetings)? Please be ready to share why these are your favorites.

* What one trend are you seeing in training and development in the last five years that particularly interests you? Please share it with the group and tell us briefly what you're learning about it -- good, bad or ugly!

* Think about your career and what you know. Fill in this sentence for discussion: "If I'd known then what I know now - ..."
