Driving Professional and Emotional Growth through Coaching

The Innovation Scholars of the University of Charleston will be discussing how coaching has increased the professional and emotional growth of members of the group.  Coaching is more than training- the integration of a formal coaching program can revolutionize organizations by helping each member realize their full potential.  The Innovation Scholars will explain how coaching has been implemented in their group and lessons they have learned throughout the process.
