Based on the Association for Talent Development (ATD) competency model, the CPLP is an esteemed credential provided to talent development professionals who successfully complete the requirements. The preparation is an intense process that takes several months and has many benefits:
Having a support system during your preparation can be extremely beneficial for your success. Join the ATD WV, Austin, Central Florida, Florida Suncoast, Rocky Mountain, and Valley of the Sun Chapters and learning professionals from across the country for an interactive and engaging study group.
