Trainers under pressure to do more with less are increasingly turning to online learning solutions to meet their learners' needs. But are we choosing the best online approaches for our audience? William Horton, author of E-Learning By Design, said, "E-Learning can be the best learning possible—or the worst. It all depends on design." This workshop will discuss the types of e-learning tools available to us, the upsides and downsides of certain strategies, and challenge you to create a plan for your learners.
