The Five Dimensions of a Resilient Leader

"Resilient leadership means handling adversity with greater skill, reducing stress across your organization and uniting your team." This sounds great in theory, but is also sounds incredibly overwhelming. With everything we have on our plates, how are we also expected to lead organizational unity!? We will begin by taking the time to understand what being a Resilient Leader means and addressing the five dimensions of resilience.
