Presenters, trainers, and speakers often find themselves in high stakes situation where they must put together a program quickly, cheaply, and in a way that absolutely must get results. They come up with great ideas for their presentations; however, when the time comes to execute, they find that the results they hoped for aren't what they should be.
This one hour ATD Lunch 'n' Learn will discuss how even skilled trainers and speakers sometimes find themselves designing a program by hope (hoping it will get results) rather than by design (the design of the program leads directly to the desired results).
