TD Online Book Club

If you missed it before, now is a great time to join the TD online book club, which our chapter is proud to partner with. The group will start reading Influencer: The New Science of Leading Change on February 8th and will complete the book around early April, so if you're getting a late start, don't worry, as participants have about two months to read and participate in the discussion. The online book club has more than 1,000 participants from around the country, so it's a great community to engage with. The group connects virtually through an online forum to discuss books related to learning and development, training, organizational development, and much more. You can learn more and sign up for the book club here: The program is completely FREE, so please pass the opportunity on to friends and colleagues.

The book club will give participants the opportunity to participate entirely online, so the program can work with everyone's busy schedules. Join us to read interesting books related to talent and development, connect with other talent development professionals around the country, grow your professional network, and learn from peers.

The book club is moderated by Zach Rubin, Co-Founder and CEO of Professional Book Club Guru. PBC Guru manages virtual professional book clubs for companies, and will be hosting the group for the chapter. You can learn more about PBC Guru at and email Zach Rubin at with any questions about the book club.
